Is online registration secure?
Yes. Transactions are handled securely by Blackbaud, a VeriSign verified and trusted, PCI compliant service. For more information, click here.

Can Symposium and Cyber registration be purchased together?
Absolutely! In fact, you save $45 when you purchase them together. In order to get the savings, you must select the Symposium and Cyber 1.4 option on the registration form.

Are dining event tickets included with purchase?
Dining event tickets are not included in Industry registration.

One ticket to each dinner and one ticket to the luncheon of your choice are included in Active Military/Government registration.

Dining tickets can be purchased online or can be added to an existing registration by calling Space Foundation customer service at +1.800.691.4000. Dining event tickets may also be purchased onsite if space is available.

What is the cancellation/transfer policy?
Symposium, Cyber, Classified Sessions and Tech Tracks cancellations received in writing by April 21, 2014, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after April 21, 2014. Symposium and Cyber or Symposium and Classified Sessions registration transfers will be processed for a fee of $150, Cyber and Tech Tracks transfers will be processed for a fee of $50 through May 2, 2014. No transfers processed after May 2, 2014. To request a cancellation and/or transfer, please download and submit the Word or PDF fill-in form to customer service, via scanned email or fax.

When will I receive my barcode for registrant check-in?
You will receive your barcode in a separate email after you complete the registration process. If for any reason you do not receive your barcode within 24 hours, you may contact Customer Service at +1.800.691.4000.

What if I forget to bring my registrant check-in barcode with me?
No problem! We can verify your registration and identity with a valid government-issued I.D.

Can someone else pick up my badge for me?
No. For security reasons, we do not allow registrants to receive their badges and registration materials without valid government-issued I.D.s.

If I am an Exhibitor, can I go to any of the Symposium or Cyber sessions?
Symposium and Cyber sessions are reserved for "Registrants." Exhibitors who are not also classified as Registrants cannot attend sessions.

I am not registered for the Space Symposium, but would like to visit the Boeing Exhibit Center. Is there a pass to view only the exhibits?
Only paid registrants, exhibitors or registered visitors are allowed in the Boeing Exhibit Center. We do not offer an exhibits-only pass. All visitor passes are reserved and designated by exhibiting companies. The Space Foundation does not have the authority to issue visitor passes.
